The successful applicant will demonstrate skills in the following areas; building relationships with youth, fostering youth participation and leadership, developing needs/interest-based initiatives, coordinatng the Cromwell Youth Forum, supporting the school holiday programmes and includes working alternate weekends and some evening hours at the Youth Centre - The Hut. The Central Lakes Regional Youth Trust was established in 2008 to assist member Trusts in promoting and fostering the advancement of education and interests of youth whether religious or other in the Central Lakes district of Otago. This includes; Roxburgh, Alexandra, Cromwell, Wanaka, Queenstown, Wakatipu and surrounding areas. Local youth workers can be contacted by viewing the Member Trusts listed to the left.
